Grooming

There’s a pretty good chance that a photo of you and your wife on your wedding day is going to end up on at least three or four mantelpieces for a good few decades.  So make an effort to look good.  This means you should:

1. Have a haircut a week or so before the big day.

2. Take time and care with your outfit in advance of the wedding to make sure it fits.

3. On your wedding day, allow plenty of time to get ready.  Make sure your shirt is ironed.  If you are getting ready somewhere other than your home, your shirt will probably need re-ironing when you unpack.  Have a careful shave.  Make sure your buttons are done up and your tie properly adjusted.
